YourLocal Scaffolder Ltd provides scaffolding erection, adaptation, and dismantling services for residential, commercial, and industrial clients across South East London, Kent, and the surrounding areas.

All work is carried out by trained and experienced scaffolders in accordance with the Working at Height Regulations 2005, the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015, and all relevant British Standards.

We reserve the right to decline any job that we deem unsafe, structurally unsuitable, or outside the scope of our competence.

Quotes provided through our Instant Quote Calculator are indicative estimates only and are not binding contracts. Final pricing is confirmed in writing following a site survey or detailed telephone consultation.

Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be subject to revision due to changes in material costs, labour rates, or site conditions.

Any variation to the agreed scope of works — including additional lifts, extended hire periods, or access changes — will be quoted separately and must be agreed in writing before the additional work proceeds.

Payment terms are agreed at the time of booking and confirmed in your written quote. Standard terms for residential clients are payment in full upon completion of erection.

Commercial and local authority clients may be offered 30-day net payment terms subject to credit approval. Invoices not paid within the agreed terms will be subject to statutory interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

We accept payment by bank transfer (BACS), debit card, and credit card. We do not accept cash payments above £500 in line with our anti-money laundering policy.

Scaffold hire charges continue to accrue until the scaffold is dismantled. Extended hire beyond the originally agreed period will be invoiced at the weekly rate stated in your quote.

You may cancel or reschedule your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before the agreed start date. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a charge to cover mobilisation costs.

We reserve the right to reschedule works due to adverse weather conditions, access issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as soon as possible and agree a new date at no additional cost.

If we are unable to complete works due to site conditions not disclosed at the time of booking, we reserve the right to charge for any abortive visit at our standard day-rate.

YourLocal Scaffolder Ltd carries full public liability insurance and employer's liability insurance. Certificates are available on request.

We accept liability for damage caused directly by our negligence or that of our employees. We do not accept liability for pre-existing structural defects, damage caused by third parties, or damage resulting from the customer's failure to follow our safety instructions.

Our total liability to you in connection with any contract shall not exceed the total value of that contract. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or economic losses.

You are responsible for ensuring that we have safe and unobstructed access to the work area and that any underground services (gas, water, electricity) have been identified and marked before work begins.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
